1. Returns Eligibility

• • • Products must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
    • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
    • Some products (such as custom orders, hygiene items) may not be eligible for return. We will specify this at purchase.

2. How to Return an Item

• • • Contact us at info@anacardi.co.nz to initiate a return.
    • Provide your order number and reason for return.
    • We will provide instructions for returning the product.

3. Refunds

• • • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
    • Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
    • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

• • • If you need to do an exchange due to wrong size, shipping and handling fees are liable to the customer, and items must be returned for exchange in original condition with packaging and tags.

5. Damaged or Faulty Items

• • • Please inspect your order upon receiving.
    • If a product is defective or damaged, contact us immediately with photos at help@anacardi.co.nz
    • We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
